Author's description: Hyperspace is a screen saver that sends its users on a virtual trip through a wormhole, just like the ones in some sci-fi TV shows and movies. Meanwhile, nebulas and stars fly by.
Our verdict: One of a set of four screensavers ported to OS X. The originals are by the amazing Terence M Welsh. Another beautiful screensaver cut from the same cloth as Flurry, Euphoria and Solarwinds. Stunning visuals, although you'll need a reasonably powerful Mac to run it smoothly.
